3. How to Request a Return

Easy Return Process:
  1. Contact our customer service team at returns@artwallstudio.ca
  2. Provide your order number and reason for return
  3. Receive a return authorization number (RMA)
  4. Package item securely with RMA number
  5. Ship to our Canadian return center (prepaid label provided for eligible returns)
  6. Receive refund within 5-10 business days of our receipt
