1. Return Eligibility
Eligible for Return:
- Standard posters and prints in original condition
- Items damaged during shipping
- Printing errors or quality defects
- Items that don't match the approved design specification
Not Eligible for Return:
- Custom designed artwork (unless defective)
- Personalized or monogrammed items
- Digital downloads or design files
- Items damaged due to improper handling after delivery

3. How to Request a Return
Easy Return Process:
- Contact our customer service team at returns@artwallstudio.ca
- Provide your order number and reason for return
- Receive a return authorization number (RMA)
- Package item securely with RMA number
- Ship to our Canadian return center (prepaid label provided for eligible returns)
- Receive refund within 5-10 business days of our receipt
4. Refund Methods
Refunds are processed to your original payment method:
- Credit Cards: 3-5 business days
- PayPal: 2-3 business days
- Interac e-Transfer: 1-2 business days
- Bank Transfer: 5-7 business days
5. Shipping Damage Claims
Important: Report shipping damage within 48 hours of delivery for fastest resolution.
Required for Damage Claims:
- Photos of damaged packaging and artwork
- Order number and tracking information
- Description of damage extent
We'll expedite a replacement or full refund for shipping damage, and handle the carrier claim process for you.
6. Quality Guarantee
Every ArtWall Studio product comes with our quality promise:
- Professional printing standards using premium materials
- Color accuracy verification for all reproductions
- Protective packaging to prevent damage
- 100% satisfaction or we'll remake your order
7. Exchanges
We offer exchanges for:
- Different sizes of the same design (subject to price difference)
- Alternative framing or material options
- Color corrections for custom designs
Exchange Process: Contact us before returning to confirm exchange availability and any price differences.
8. Custom Design Revisions
For custom artwork:
- Up to 3 revision rounds included in initial price
- Major design changes may incur additional fees
- Final approval required before printing
- Remake only if final product doesn't match approved design
9. Cancellations
Order Cancellation Policy:
- Standard Orders: Cancel within 2 hours of ordering for full refund
- Custom Orders: Cancel before design approval for full refund
- In Production: Partial refund possible depending on completion status
- Shipped Orders: Standard return policy applies
