1. Service Overview

ArtWall Studio provides high-quality poster printing, wall art creation, and custom design services to customers across Canada. We specialize in:

• Custom wall art design and production
• Art consultation and space planning services
• Fast shipping throughout Canada

2. Order Process and Pricing

Order Placement:

• Orders are confirmed upon receipt of payment
• Custom designs require approval before production begins
• Production time varies by product complexity
• All prices are in Canadian dollars (CAD) and include applicable taxes

3. Payment Terms

• Payment is required before production begins
• We accept major credit cards, PayPal, and Interac e-Transfer
• Custom orders require 50% deposit, remainder due before shipping
• All transactions are processed securely in Canada

4. Shipping and Delivery (Canada)

We ship nationwide across Canada with the following options:

• Standard Shipping: 5-7 business days via Canada Post
• Express Shipping: 2-3 business days via priority courier
• Local Delivery: Available in Greater Toronto Area
• Free Shipping: Orders over $100 CAD qualify for free standard shipping

6. Custom Design Services

Design Process:

• Final approval required before printing begins

Intellectual Property:

• Custom designs become your property upon full payment
• You must own rights to any provided source materials
• We retain portfolio rights for marketing purposes (unless requested otherwise)

7. Returns and Exchanges

• 30-day return window for standard products
• Custom designs are generally non-returnable unless defective
• Damage claims must be reported within 48 hours of delivery

8. Limitation of Liability

ArtWall Studio's liability is limited to the purchase price of the product. We are not responsible for:

• Indirect or consequential damages
• Color variations due to monitor/device differences
• Delays due to customs, weather, or carrier issues
• Installation or mounting of artwork

These terms are governed by the laws of Ontario, Canada. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Ontario.
